EXPERIENCE:
- 1989 to date – Chief Engineer Sensors 2000 project. Responsible for all system partitioning and architecture, all analog design, interface design, and operation of final product to specification.
Projects include two BION missions, a variety of instrumentation packages for both Shuttle and Space Station and a series of micropower telemetry designs for shortrange biological and DC parameters. Project details available upon request.
- 1988 to 1989 – techniguidance Inc., Consultant assisting development of on-the-fly automotive tire inflation system
- 1985 to 1988 – Advanced Medical Technology Inc., Chief Engineer, Designed telemetry based system for sleep studies, beta site testing done at Stanford University Sleep Lab
- 1982 to 1985 – Chief Engineer, Telsec Corp. Designed microprocessor based subscriber telephones in U.S. and produced over 100,000 pieces per month in Hong Kong
- 1980 to 1982 – Buscom Corp., Design consultant to Ca. Telephone equipment manufacture
- 1979 to 1980 – Consultant to NASA flight projects including 3 joint U.S.- Russian missions
- 1978 to 1979 – Consultant to Fairchild Instrumentation, Assisted on the co. first linear tester
- 1976 to 1978 – Chief Engineer, Pacific Electronics Programs, Designed AM and SSB Radios.
- 1974 to 1976 – Chief Engineer, Electronic Watch Technology Inc., Designed LED Watches in U.S. and manufactured in Hong Kong
- 1964 to 1974 – Fairchild Semiconductor, Many positions, all in the Applications Engineering area, including head of all Field Applications Engineers
- 1959 to 1964 – Hazeltine Corp., Part of a design group producing civil and military avionics equipment
- 1958 to 1959 – C.A.A., Work on I/O equipment for the UNIVAC Model 1 File Computer
